Lately, for some reason I’ve been craving Custom Kicks like a moth to a flame, hillbillies to poor dental hygiene, black people to watermelon. I want a pair, I need a pair, and I have narrowed the field down to two lucky artists. Mache and Miss Saigon. Mache hails from Poughkeepsie, NY and has an affinity for Air Force 1s while Miss Saigon hails from Vietnam and fancies Stan Smiths. So, what’s a girl to do? Ooooh, I know! I’ll have them both send me their best design and decide which one I like the best. And then I’ll keep them both. Win-Win-Win. What can I say? I’m a whiz at problem solving. Check out the galleries below and the Sneaker Freaker interviews with both Miss Saigon and Mache, so that you can help me decide. And then maybe I’ll let you touch them. I probably won’t, but maybe.
