Chestnuts roasting on an open fiiiiire. Jack frost nipping at your noooose. I love the holidays. Love them. I may be the only person on the East Coast that thinks snow is a gift from heaven, but I don’t care. I don’t apologize. I wear it proud. I’m from Boston and I love snow. And I think that I have won New Balance over because they are planning to drop this fabulous colorway in time for the holidays. Happy Christmukkah!

So nice I had to do it twiiiiice. Sorry, I was watching Glee and felt the need to sing that last line. This is another edition of the Doernbecher Freestyle editions and it fills me with glee! Oh, just let me be…

The Doernbecher Freestyle was founded five years ago when Nike designer Marcus Tayui had a vision to have the patients design sneakers to benefit the hospital that saved their lives. Now that will make you feel good about dropping some cash on a pair of kicks. And just for kicks (too easy…), here’s one for your wallet. And your soul. Too much? Well, these shoes are available at Niketown nationwide and I wear a size 8.5. I’m not usually a fan of pink or anything of the fur persuasion, but its for a good cause.

Yes that is a neon yellow Lexus. But more than that, it is covered in tennis ball fuzz. Yup, fuzz. I felt it with my own…ok, I was almost escorted off the grounds as I tried to make a fuzz angel on the hood. What can I say? I was caught up in the moment. The smell of ball fur made my thoughts a little hazy.

You know how I feel about headphones. And you know how I feel about sneakers. This is like an Ice cream Sundae.

I realize how annoying and easy it is to quote that Gwen Stefani song. I apologize. But this shit is BANANAS, B-A-N-A-N-A-S. The shit is bananas…b-a-n…ok I’m done. But these are an insane colorway from Karmaloop and Supra. While I don’t think I can pull these off, when I see someone who can, I will bow to their genius.

I can’t say enough about Arthur Ashe and why he’s always been one of my biggest heroes, and since it’s not really mockable I’m just going to say…go get this shirt. For yourself…I’m already wearing mine to the Open today. That was me rubbing your face in it. I never said I was modest. Touche Jay-Z. I almost feel bad for bootlegging your new album. Wait, what? You didn’t hear that…I still bought the shirt. Give and take…
